Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Annas Family House is ideally located, just 400 meters from a beautiful beach, offering guests quick and easy access to the sea and sandy shores. Situated 3.3 kilometers from Skala Fourka on the Kassandra peninsula, this maisonette provides the perfect balance of untouched nature and a peaceful atmosphere. It is a true oasis for those seeking an escape from the busy city life while staying close to all essential amenities.
The four-bedroom apartment, designed to accommodate up to twelve adults, is a maisonette spanning four levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and two bathrooms. The first floor features two bedrooms, while the mezzanine, just five steps above, has an open gallery with a relaxation area. The fourth level, located in the attic, includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with single beds and pull-out trundle beds, while the fourth bedroom features two single beds. The living room has two sofas that can accommodate two people each.
A baby cot is available upon request at no extra charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests free WiFi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop with four ceramic burners, a large oven, a spacious refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
You can relax on the comfortably furnished veranda overlooking the yard.
The guests themselves carry out cleaning of the apartment during the stay, and the replacement of bed linen and towels is not provided. In this accommodation, a mandatory additional fee per reservation is required for cleaning after guests' departure. Guests also have the option, for an additional fee, to request cleaning services during their stay.
The accommodation provides two parking spaces for guests.
