Description
Annas Family House is located 400m from the nearest beach and 3.3km from the small village of Skala Fourka on the Kassandra peninsula, a resort intended for those who wish to spend their vacation in a peaceful place.
The four-bedroom apartment, designed to accommodate up to twelve adults, is structured as a maisonette on four levels. On the first level, the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and two bathrooms. The second level, which is on the first floor, has two bedrooms. Five steps above this level, on the mezzanine, there is an open gallery with a relaxation area. On the fourth level, in the attic, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Three bedrooms have single beds with pull-out drawers, the fourth bedroom has two single beds, and the living room has two sofas that can accommodate two people each.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation provides guests with free WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the yard on the furnished veranda.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the apartment during their stay, and the replacement of bed linen and towels is not provided. A mandatory cleaning fee of 150€ per reservation is charged for cleaning the accommodation after guests' departure. Guests can also request cleaning services during their stay for an additional fee of 150€ per service.
Two parking spaces are provided for the guests.
Annas Family House is 5km from the small town of Siviri, 25km from the popular resort of Pefkochori, and 85km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
