Ioanna Beach House is located right on the beach in Furka and can host up to 5 people.

The accommodation has a living room with a sofa bed and a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The apartment is air-conditioned, has a TV, internet and a washing machine. Iron and ironing board available on request.

A cot is also available for guests upon request, and this service is not charged separately.

The veranda is equipped with seating and opens directly to the beach.

Parking is possible in the vicinity of the facility or in the public parking lot nearby, the accommodation does not offer a guaranteed parking space.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay, and changing towels and bed linen is possible for an additional fee.

Pets are welcome, with prior agreement and additional payment.

Regarding the accommodation, the location is its greatest asset. If you appreciate tranquility (except on weekends), this is the perfect address. The place itself is peaceful and family-friendly.

It is necessary to install a water barrier before entering the terrace to prevent the house from becoming filled with sand.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
