Daria Family House is located in a serene part of Skala Furka, on the western coast of Kassandra, just 250 meters away from the nearest beach. The spacious maisonette spanning three levels is designed to accommodate up to 8 adults and 3 children. Due to its tranquil location, privacy, and direct sea view, it is ideal for families and larger groups.
On the ground floor, you will find a living room with two sofas for two people each and a smaller sofa suitable for a child, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, and a large private veranda with seating. The first floor features two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds - as well as a bathroom. The attic houses the third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
The accommodation boasts several spacious balconies, including a circular balcony in the attic that extends around the entire unit. All terraces and balconies offer views of the sea and the courtyard. Guests have access to air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large microwave oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
Upon request, a baby cot can be provided at no extra charge.
Small pets are allowed with prior confirmation and an additional fee, along with a refundable security deposit in case of damage.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation during their stay, while the replacement of bed linen, towels, and additional cleaning are available for an extra charge.
The accommodation includes one private parking space within the property, with free public parking located approximately 60 meters away, which is especially convenient for guests arriving by car.
Skala Furka is a small and quiet place with a sandy beach, crystal clear sea, taverns, cafes, shops, and supermarkets. Siviri is 9 km away, Kalithea and Nea Skioni are about 15 km, Polychrono 17 km, Hanioti 21 km, and Kriopigi 22 km. Thessaloniki Airport “Macedonia” is 90 km away.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

- Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
