Hotel Description

Stefan House, a pleasant maisonette decorated in a warm, authentic Greek style, situated in Skala Furka, 475 m away from the long sandy beach, is a pleasant maisonette that provides a comfortable vacation for a large family or a large group of friends. During their stay, guests can enjoy a green oasis in the center of one of the most popular resorts in the peninsula of Kassandra. Nestled between similar family houses, it offers peace, privacy and a real feeling of summer vacation.

This apartment is intended for a maximum of seven adults, with the possibility of accommodating three more children. The apartment is spread over three levels and consists of the ground floor, the first floor and the attic. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room, at guests’ disposal there are two single sofas. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with double beds. In the attic, which also contains an additional toilet, there is another bedroom equipped with two joined and two separate single beds.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking.

At guests’ disposal there are four air conditioners in the living room and each bedroom, a Wi-Fi internet connection and flat-screen TVs in one of the bedrooms and in the living room. A washing machine and a hair dryer are available to the guests, as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and accessories including a stove with four ceramic hotplates and a large oven, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.

Each bedroom provides an exit to a balcony, equipped with seating furniture, while the outdoor space includes a beautifully maintained yard with two porches, seating furniture, a dining table and two sunbeds. A barbecue grill is also available, which guests can use upon prior request.

This facility also allows staying with smaller pets, whose arrival must be indicated in advance during the reservation process, bearing in mind that in this case it is necessary to pay an additional deposit and a cleaning service fee.

Cleaning, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, are not provided, but there is the possibility of providing these services for an additional fee. During the stay, the guests are expected to take care of the hygiene of the accommodation unit themselves.

Private parking is not provided for the guests, but parking is possible in the vicinity of the building, along the street.

Skala Furka is a quiet place, ideal for those who want a relaxing vacation in a truly Greek atmosphere. Its spacious beach is suitable both for children, as well as for experienced swimmers, while the resort center features several taverns, restaurants and cafes, in tranquil environment. Surrounded by the coast and authentic-styled houses, it introduces you to a genuine Mediterranean charm. Nea Skioni is 15 km away, Afytos at 18 km, Pefkochori at 26 km, while Thessaloniki Airport is 88 km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 15€ per night.
