Our description
Accommodation Deres is located in a very quiet location in Hanioti. It offers 10 comfortable and clean apartments for 4-5 people. In the spacious courtyard, guests have outdoor seating, children's toys, a summer cottage and a barbecue, as well as outdoor basketball and football courts, and parking is provided. All this makes it ideal for a nice family holiday. Small pets are also welcome.
The nearest market is 200m away, and the nearest bakery is 300m away. The center is located about 600m away, while the beach is about 800m away.
The larger, five-bed apartments (50m2) are duplex and consist of two bedrooms, a kitchen with all necessary accessories, a fridge, a standard stove, a plasma TV (SAT TV) and a bathroom (renovated in 2023) with a shower with a curtain and a hairdryer. These apartments are located on the first floor, there are four in total and they come out on a large terrace with table and chairs. In the first bedroom there is one double bed, in the second there are two single beds, while in the kitchen there is a sofa.
The smaller, quadruple apartments (35m2) contain a kitchen with all the necessary accessories (they have a hob with rings, not a standard stove), a separate bedroom and a bathroom. These apartments are located on the ground floor, there are six in total and they come out on the porch with outdoor furniture.
All apartments have one air conditioner, mosquito nets and internet.
During their stay, the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the units and are provided with the necessary accessories. Towels are changed for 2-3 days, while bed linen is changed for 4-5 days.
To reach the accommodation, coming from Thessaloniki direction, at the intersection before the Penny's Hotel (located on the left), turn right from the highway and you will come across the requested object.
Deres Apartments is not a new accommodation, but it is in excellent condition, so it is a good and frequent choice of families with children and everyone who enjoys staying in a quiet location.

Come to Hanioti, relax on one of the endless beaches, refresh in the clean sea, explore the wonderful vegetation with forests right next to the sea, enjoy the rich nightlife of the peninsula Kassandra.
Run by the Deres family, the apartments are located in Hanioti village on the eastern coast of the picturesque peninsula Kassandra in Halkidiki, laying at a distance of 90km from the Thessaloniki Macedonia airport and 100km from the city of Thessaloniki, the northern Metropolis of Greece.
Built in 2002, the apartments, separated in four buildings, are located just 400m from a sandy beach in the middle of beautiful vegetation and 500m from the center of Hanioti village. They offer a magnificent view to Toroneos Gulf and the peninsula Sithonia and to Mount Athos on the third peninsula of Halkidiki.
Century old olive trees and various wild plants surround the houses. Next to one of the buildings, you will find a small children's playground and plenty of space to park your car safely.
Small Family Apartment is located on the ground floor and it is suitable for up to four persons, with a bed room, separate living room (couch suitable for two persons) with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, with a total size of 35m2. Veranda with garden furniture - a table, four chairs and a parasol.
Large Family Apartment is located on the first floor and it is suitable for up to five persons, with two bedrooms (one with double bed, the other twin bedded), living room (couch bed) with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, with a total size of 50m2. Large balcony (25m2) with garden furniture - a table and six chairs.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj je fenomenalan, apartmani su prostrani, sa bukvalno svime sto treba. Posteljina i peskiri se menjaju na 3 dana, tokom promene prebrisu apartman, operu kupatilo. Toalet papir se dopunjuje. Spavace sobe su sa strane parkinga, tisina je najveca prednost. Masutis je na 5 minuta peske, plaza i centar na 10 minuta. Ako je potreban odmor a u isto vreme komfor, cistoca i dvoriste da bi odmorili, Deres je prava destinacija. Mi smo bili sa bebom i 2 male dece, njima je bilo fenomenalno, igraliste i kos su bili svakodnevna zabava.
