Despina (I believe she is the owner) is very kind, always at our service, and speaks perfect English. We were greeted by cold water in the refrigerator - little things like this mean so much. On the first day, we had a problem with the WiFi antenna, and they immediately responded and fixed it. The signal is weaker in apartment 5, but it is satisfactory on the terrace.

A very pleasant experience. The owner is kind and accommodating. She speaks German and English excellently. There is ample parking, a terrace, and everything is tidy and clean. The beach is a ten-minute walk away.

The accommodation is phenomenal; the apartments are spacious and equipped with everything one might need. Bed linens and towels are changed every three days, and during the change, the apartment is wiped down and the bathroom is cleaned. Toilet paper is regularly replenished. The bedrooms face the parking lot, providing exceptional silence as the greatest advantage. Masutis is just a five-minute walk away, while the beach and the center are ten minutes away. If you seek a vacation that offers comfort, cleanliness, and a yard for relaxation, Deres is the perfect destination. We stayed with a baby and two small children, and they had a fantastic time; the playground and basketball court provided daily entertainment.

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation. The owners are very kind and genuinely care about the guests' satisfaction. They asked us several times, "Is everything alright?" The accommodation is exceptionally clean, and we received fresh towels and linens in unlimited quantities. We particularly enjoyed that the accommodation is located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature, yet only a five-minute walk to the center. The spacious and well-kept yard with natural shade is accessible to all guests. And of course, I must not forget that the mattresses on the beds are incredibly comfortable.

The accommodation comes highly recommended. The courtyard is its main asset, beautiful both day and night. The hospitality is at the highest level, with a great understanding for children as well.

An excellent accommodation just five minutes from the center and the city beach (for those who enjoy it). A phenomenal terrace. Spacious... On the other hand, parking is easy, as the yard is spacious, which is important if you are driving to the beach. Lush greenery all around, so it is never hot in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator. Highly recommended.

Exceptional accommodation and outstanding hosts in every sense. The distance to the beach is not as great as it appears on the map, just a 10-minute leisurely walk. Toys and facilities for children, bungalows with three accommodation units each with a separate entrance provide privacy.

We stayed from July 7th to July 17th in a five-bed apartment. It is one of the largest apartments we have ever stayed in. Spacious, comfortable, and clean. The huge terrace connecting the two rooms is invaluable. Highly recommend the apartment and the host, Despina.

We have just returned, and the accommodation was absolutely remarkable! The incredibly spacious backyard featured a playground that was perfect for our little girl. Mrs. Deres was at our disposal throughout our stay; she is exceptionally kind and helpful. We eagerly look forward to returning here. 10/10

They are situated in a beautiful spacious garden that provides room for everything: relaxing with a book, children's play, parking cars, and enjoying barbecues. Everyone can find their own nook and surrender to relaxation. The rooms are large, the kitchen is fully equipped, everything is tidy and very clean, which is truly a rarity. I had to ask the owner what the secret was :) And I found out, so anyone curious can check it out themselves :) u04au04a I cannot decide whether our greatest enjoyment came from the mornings while sipping coffee in the shade of the olive tree, with only the sound of chirping birds, or the evenings spent on the terrace where a pleasant breeze flows and the stars are clearly visible in the sky. And of course, once again accompanied by the indispensable magical sounds of nature. A wonderful beginning and end to each day, complete peace and relaxation, what everyone truly deserves on vacation. We spent the day at the city beach, which is about a ten-minute walk away, mostly in the shade, so we didn’t use the car, even though we initially planned to. It wasn't tiring for us to go to the beach or the city multiple times a day and return. In fact, we always looked forward to returning because the air is incomparably more pleasant when you distance yourself from the center. The accommodation is fantastic, a true retreat for the soul and body... it is located about ten minutes from the beach and equally distant from their market. The yard is vast, lush, and tranquil, while the apartments are spacious and clean. In the accommodation, you have everything you need: dishes, cutlery, cloths, towels, and a hairdryer. The hostess is a lovely young woman, always present and available for anything you may need. In any case, I would gladly return to the Deres apartments in Hanioti. Kudos also to Nikana. Excellent accommodation. All praises. The yard is enormous, providing everything for children. Nearby, you will find Molos beach and Masuties market. The apartment has everything you need. I recommend it to everyone.

In June 2018, I stayed with my family in this accommodation, in a five-person apartment. The apartment is exceptionally spacious, featuring a beautiful terrace and is equipped with all the necessary utensils and dishes. Towels are changed every three days, and everything is remarkably clean. The landlady is unobtrusive and can always be found in her house at the beginning of the yard. The only downside is the location, if that matters to you. It doesn't to me, considering I have a baby and I prefer peace and quiet to ensure we get enough sleep :) The supermarket is 200 meters away, and Molos beach is 300 meters away (and it is incomparably more beautiful than the city beach).

The courtyard is excellent for children and socializing. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable for sleeping due to the shade. There is no need to turn on the air conditioning. A parking space is always available. The landlady is a pleasant elderly lady, resourceful, considering that she does not understand English. A downside is the lack of an oven (for those with children who cook) and the slightly greater distance from the beach (for those who are accustomed to being right by the sea).

I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment. Ever since we returned from the seaside yesterday, September 10th, I have been telling everyone about it. It is the perfect place for families, offering tranquility, vast greenery, a small park, a barbecue area, and friendly staff. You will receive everything you need... I highly recommend it. I am already planning to return next year. The beach is just a 7-8 minute leisurely walk away.

Their apartments are the perfect place for those who do not wish to be in the center of activity but instead seek a peaceful and relaxed vacation away from the noise and crowds surrounding their accommodation. There is plenty of space, making it excellent for children. The hosts are friendly and unobtrusive, always willing to accommodate any requests. All praises!
