Hotel Description

Accommodation Deres is located in a very quiet location in Hanioti. It offers 10 comfortable and clean apartments for 4-5 people. In the spacious courtyard, guests have outdoor seating, children’s toys, a summer cottage and a barbecue, as well as outdoor basketball and football courts, and parking is provided. All this makes it ideal for a nice family holiday. Small pets are also welcome.

The nearest market is 200m away, and the nearest bakery is 300m away. The center is located about 600m away, while the beach is about 800m away.

The larger, five-bed apartments (50m2) are duplex and consist of two bedrooms, a kitchen with all necessary accessories, a fridge, a standard stove, a plasma TV (SAT TV) and a bathroom (renovated in 2023) with a shower with a curtain and a hairdryer. These apartments are located on the first floor, there are four in total and they come out on a large terrace with table and chairs. In the first bedroom there is one double bed, in the second there are two single beds, while in the kitchen there is a sofa.

The smaller, quadruple apartments (35m2) contain a kitchen with all the necessary accessories (they have a hob with rings, not a standard stove), a separate bedroom and a bathroom. These apartments are located on the ground floor, there are six in total and they come out on the porch with outdoor furniture.

All apartments have one air conditioner, mosquito nets and internet.

During their stay, the guests themselves take care of the hygiene of the units and are provided with the necessary accessories. Towels are changed for 2-3 days, while bed linen is changed for 4-5 days.

To reach the accommodation, coming from Thessaloniki direction, at the intersection before the Penny’s Hotel (located on the left), turn right from the highway and you will come across the requested object.

Deres Apartments is not a new accommodation, but it is in excellent condition, so it is a good and frequent choice of families with children and everyone who enjoys staying in a quiet location.

The accommodation is situated in a tranquil street, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to the center. It features a spacious yard.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
