Overall, the accommodation is satisfactory. Stela, the landlady, speaks Serbian, and the location is outstanding. The furniture is average. It is important that it is close to the beach and the center.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to take a moment to describe the accommodation where I stayed this summer and where I spent my family vacation. Natsios - Halkidiki / Kasandra / Hanioti The owners, a brother and sister, are exceptionally kind and are present in the courtyard throughout the day, allowing you to address any issues you may have with the apartment. The building has been renovated, the apartments are decent and clean, which I consider more important than their appearance. The room is spacious, and the kitchen area is adequately sized. The bathrooms are small, the sanitary fixtures are worn out, and the water faucets are in need of replacement. Towels and bed linens are changed every four days. The terrace is sufficiently large. The water pressure is consistently good. The location of the apartment is ideal, with the beach just a 3-5 minute walk away, and a large supermarket AB also within 3-5 minutes. The apartments are situated in the very center of Hanioti. There is no parking available for guests' vehicles. You will have to find parking on your own. My personal impression, final rating / generally from 1-5 / is a weak 4.😌

Dear Sir/Madam, the owners are exceedingly rude, and they clean the room only after five or six days from our arrival. They charge for the parking across the street, even though they have no right to do so since they have usurped it, and the owner protects it with two flower pots. The air conditioning works, but the vents are directed straight at the bed in the living room. Honestly, I had a very bad experience with this accommodation. Even when I arrived, the owners were arguing with some guests, and I thought that since I came with my wife, I wouldn’t have such problems. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a misjudgment. I do not wish for someone I am paying to be so rude and unprofessional towards me.

The accommodation lacks the promised parking, forcing you to find your own space on the street. The internet is virtually non-existent, a complete zero. The air conditioning is positioned to blow directly onto the beds, rendering it unusable. The terrace is too small, as is the bathroom. The walls are cracked, and the wooden paneling on the ceiling is in poor condition. All in all, never again!!!

Upon arriving at the apartment for which I had previously paid a deposit, I was unpleasantly surprised by how much it differed from the images posted on the agency's portal and the owner's website. The apartment was furnished with worn-out items, and even the air conditioning was only partially functional. Ultimately, we were relocated to a three-bed studio that was significantly better equipped due to the issues with the air conditioning. The owner showed no inclination to refund the difference of 100 euros, despite my request. The only aspect I was satisfied with was the location. Overall, my impression is that some poor apartments are listed through agencies with a 30% deposit and cannot be canceled if guests are dissatisfied, while others, which are better furnished, are offered to guests who "drop by" unannounced. All in all, too much money for the conditions we received.

Overall, it was a decent vacation, aside from some internal renovations.

The Natsios apartment is excellent. We were accommodated on the ground floor in a three-bed apartment. It was clean, tidy, the owners were friendly, and the location was phenomenal. I highly recommend it for those who do not seek luxurious accommodation.

A clean and beautiful accommodation with a lovely garden, located very close to the beach, the center, and all the shops. The owner and the others are extremely kind and pleasant.

A good location, but I expected more. Very modestly equipped with a small TV and a few Greek channels. The studios and apartments on the second floor are quite warm due to the paneling on the ceiling, probably.

The beds are old and somewhat uncomfortable, considering that this is a vacation spot; the sound insulation is poor, making every conversation audible. The price is high compared to the quality of service. The apartment is well-located, but that’s about it. I stayed in a double room that was quite outdated, starting from the bed that is over 30 years old, right down to the spoons and forks. The pictures show the best apartments, but in reality, it’s a completely different story; I can't speak for the others. Additionally, I wasn't pleased that check-in is only at 3 PM, so if you arrive earlier, there’s nowhere to wait. The landlord is nice.

The apartment is situated in an excellent location. The kindness and helpfulness of the host are truly commendable.

The interior of the apartment may not be the brightest due to the older furniture, but it is clean. The terrace and the garden of the house are beautifully arranged with plenty of greenery, flowers, and natural shade. The hosts are exceptionally kind, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. At any moment, you can request clean towels, ask for new bedding, etc. The accommodation is located just 3 minutes' walk from the beach, almost in the very center of Hanioti. Note: We were accommodated on the ground floor, apartment number 4, and my opinion applies to this apartment and the floor. The accommodation has two more floors, otherwise.

We are completely satisfied. The owners are exceptional, and we have no complaints whatsoever.

I wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation! The hosts are wonderful people, and the location is superb (literally just a few meters from the center, and a leisurely 2-3 minute walk to the beach). The lodging is exceptionally clean.

Firstly, we received a triple studio instead of an apartment. The accommodation is very small, and it is barely possible to pass between the furniture. There is no hot water in the sink or on the washbasin, only in the shower cabin, and even there it is not always available. The internet exists, but during the day it is more often unavailable than available. We had to ask for new bedding ourselves, as it had not been changed on the fifth day, as it should have been.

The accommodation is excellent. Parking is somewhat limited, but can be found in nearby streets. Mrs. Stela is a true gem, speaking Serbian slowly and clearly. I absolutely recommend it.

We stayed at Natsios Apartments with our two-year-old child, and we were extremely satisfied with the accommodation. The room was tidy and comfortable, and we received clean linens and towels that were changed every three days, along with toilet paper and small shampoos. The location is exceptional, just a minute from the city center, yet far enough to ensure a quiet and peaceful evening. We were about five to seven minutes on foot from the city beach (or 15-20 minutes, depending on our child's mood :) ). The owners were always available at the accommodation, ready to assist us with anything we needed. We did not arrive by car, so I cannot provide any impressions about parking. The only thing I might mention is the lack of dish detergent and a sponge, which we had to purchase. Everything else was satisfactory.

A decent accommodation, conveniently located near the center, well-maintained and clean. The downside is the lack of parking.

The accommodation comes highly recommended, especially within this price range. The hosts are warm and accommodating, and Stella speaks Serbian. The Wi-Fi works well, the apartments are tidy and reasonably equipped, and if anything is missing, the hosts will provide it.
