Owners description
Maisonettes are located in Hanioti, at the very entrance to the town.
They are located in a large, spacious closed complex, 150m from the main road and 350m from the beach.
All guests receive a remote control to open the gate and entrance to the complex is only for maisonette owners and guests.
The complex has a large communal swimming pool, with sunbeds and umbrellas that are free of charge. The hygiene of the swimming pool is at a high level and the water is chemically tested and disinfected daily.
Within the complex there is a field for football and basketball as well as furniture for small children.
There are house rules in the complex that all users are obliged to follow.
Located in a wonderful place, our maisonettes have a beautiful view of the sea.
The total square footage of each maisonette is 80m2.
Maisonettes are not pet friendly.
From each maisonette, from the living room and bedrooms, there is an incredibly beautiful view of the bay and Sithonia.
The maisonettes are equipped with the most modern household appliances, smart TV, washing machine, microwave oven, large refrigerator, stove with flat plate and oven, coffee machine, toaster, beater for nes coffee, blender for fruit, as well as complete dishes for 6 people.
Maisonettes are identical and consist of a ground floor and a first floor.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a view of the sea that opens onto a terrace and a bathroom.
On the first floor there is a second bathroom, two separate bedrooms with terraces, one with a view of the sea and the other of the yard behind the house and parking.
All rooms are air-conditioned with inverter air conditioners, the use of which is not charged additionally.
All maisonettes have free internet and parking.
The complex has its own private security so that our guests can feel completely relaxed and carefree.
A beautiful beach with natural shade is 350m below our complex.
The first big Hyper market AB is 400m away from the complex.
We have provided our guests with free use of the Mistral surf SUP board for a special experience at sea. Each unit has one board available.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
