Hotel Description

Sailor Houses maisonettes are located at the entrance to Hanioti. They are located in a large, spacious closed complex with a swimming pool, 500m from the main road and about 650m from the beach. The complex has its own water supply system, so you don’t have to worry about running out of water even in the height of the season.

The beach is about 650m away. The nearest market and bakery are located at a distance of about 500m.

The total square footage of each maisonette is 80m2. They all have an identical layout and consist of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a view of the sea (or a side view of the sea) that opens onto a veranda and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a second bathroom, two separate bedrooms with terraces, one with a view of the sea, and the other of the yard behind the house and parking.

All maisonettes are air-conditioned with inverter air conditioners and have smart TV and internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (microwave oven, large refrigerator, stove with flat plate and oven, coffee machine, toaster, beater for nes coffee, fruit blender, as well as complete dishes for 6 people).

Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. Each unit has means for cleaning and daily hygiene maintenance that are available to guests. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days. If guests need additional cleaning, it is possible for an additional fee.

The yard is large, well maintained, landscaped and fenced. Each guest receives a key to unlock the gate remotely.

The complex has a large communal pool, with sunbeds and umbrellas that are free of charge. The hygiene of the swimming pool is at a high level and the water is chemically tested and disinfected every day. Within the complex there is a field for football and basketball as well as furniture for small children. Each unit has one SUP (Mistral surf) board available.

Private parking for all guests is provided within the complex. The private security of the complex is there to take care of everything, so that the guests feel relaxed during their vacation. There are house rules in the complex that all users must respect.

For reservations for period from 01.06.2026 to 23.06.2026, for stays of 7 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
For reservations for period from 15.09.2026 to 30.09.2026, for stays of 7 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
