80 Steps from the Beach Apartment is located in Hanioti, on the east coast of Kassandra, at a distance of 25m from the sandy beach in Hanioti and about 1km from the central square and all amenities.

Located on the second and last floor of a residential building without an elevator, this recently renovated apartment has two bedrooms and is intended for a maximum of two adults and two children. The main bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 140x200, while the second bedroom has bunk beds.

For children up to two years old, a cot can be added on request and at no additional cost.

Within this apartment, guests have at their disposal cooling units in the living room and one bedroom, WiFi internet, TV, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, stove with four rings and an oven, washing machine, kettle and nespresso coffee machine.

Guests can enjoy warm summer mornings and evenings on the balcony with sea view and seating.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 42 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
