IO Suites Luxury Apartments is located in Mitikas, in the region of Epirus, 6km from Preveza and approximately 400m from the sandy beach.
This modernly equipped establishment comprises the following accommodation units:
Studio Suite, Private Pool is located on the first floor, can accommodate up to four people and includes a double bed, a sofa for two, a tea kitchen, and a bathroom. The balcony features a private pool, a seating set, and sun loungers.
Studio Junior, Garden View is situated on the first floor, can accommodate up to three people and consists of a double bed, a folding armchair, a tea kitchen, and a bathroom. The balcony overlooking the garden has a seating set.
Apartment Suite, Outdoor Hot Tub located on the first floor can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a tea kitchen and a dining table, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed for two. The balcony includes a hot tub, a seating set, and sun loungers.
Studios Superior, Outdoor Hot Tub are located on the second floor and can accommodate up to four people. They include a tea kitchen, a double bed, a sofa for two, and a bathroom. The balcony with a panoramic sea view features a hot tub, a seating set, and sun loungers.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned and guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a fully equipped tea kitchen with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower with a glass screen and toiletries.
Guests can enjoy the pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, and seating sets.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior arrangement with the owners.
Cleaning and towel change are done every two days, while bed linen change is done every three days.

For reservations for period from 01.09.2024 to 31.10.2024, discount of 25 % of total reservation is allowed.

For reservations in 3 Bed Studio, Junior Suite, Garden View, for period from 01.09.2024 to 30.09.2024, there is a discounted price of 110 euros per day.
Discount
For reservations in 4 Bed Studio, Superior Suite, Outdoor Hot Tub, for period from 01.09.2024 to 30.09.2024, there is a discounted price of 135 euros per day.
Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
