The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features a sofa bed for two. The balcony includes a hot tub, a seating set, and sun loungers.

Studios Superior, Outdoor Hot Tub are located on the second floor and can accommodate up to four people. They include a tea kitchen, a double bed, a sofa for two, and a bathroom. The balcony with a panoramic sea view features a hot tub, a seating set, and sun loungers.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned and guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a fully equipped tea kitchen with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower with a glass screen and toiletries.

Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
