Hotel Description

Nikolas Villa is located in the town of Hanioti, 350m from the town beach and 600m from the town center, on the eastern coast of Kassandra.

This accommodation unit is structured as a maisonette on three levels and is designed to accommodate a maximum of 14 people. Due to the cascade construction, the entrance from the rear is on the first floor, and from the front on the ground floor. Looking from the front, on the first level, that is, on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a sofa for two people, as well as a bathroom. On the second level, on the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen in which there is a sofa for two people and two sofas for one person. On the third level, in the attic, there is a bedroom with two beds joined together for one person (on request and with an extra charge, additional folding beds for one person can be added) as well as an open space with a bathtub and a toilet.

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot can be added.

Within this accommodation, guests have at their disposal two air conditioners, a ceiling fan, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, two kitchens equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven, a hob with two gas and two regular burners, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle.

Guests can spend their warm summer mornings and evenings on the veranda or one of the two balconies equipped with seating sets, offering a distant view of the sea.

Guests can make their stay pleasant by preparing a barbecue with family and friends in the yard.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and an additional fee.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. Changing bed linen and towels is not provided.

Parking space is provided for guests at the rear of the yard for two vehicles.

Nikolas Villa is located 92km from Thessaloniki Airport, while Pefkohori and Polihrono are about 5km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
