Description
Nikolas Villa is located in the town of Hanioti, 350m from the town beach and 600m from the town center, on the eastern coast of Kassandra.
This accommodation unit is a maisonette on three levels and is intended for a maximum of 11 people. Due to the cascading construction, the entrance at the back is on the first floor and at the front on the ground floor. Looking from the front, on the first level, on the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen including a double bed and a sofa for two people, as well as a bathroom. On the second level, on the first floor, there is an additional living room with a kitchen where there is a sofa for two people and two sofas for one person. On the third level, in the attic, there is a bedroom with two single beds joined together and an extra folding bed for one person, as well as an open space with a bathtub and a toilet.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot can be added.
Within this accommodation, guests have at their disposal two air conditioners, a ceiling fan, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, two kitchens equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven, a hob with two gas and two regular burners, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle.
Guests can spend their warm summer mornings and evenings on the veranda or one of the two balconies equipped with seating sets, offering a distant view of the sea.
Guests can make their stay pleasant by preparing a barbecue with family and friends in the yard.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and an additional fee.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, as well as changing bed linen and towels. For all reservations, there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
Parking space is provided for guests at the rear of the yard.
Nikolas Villa is located 92km from Thessaloniki Airport, while Pefkohori and Polihrono are about 5km away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
