Ana Apartment is located on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in a popular and well-maintained resort with a seaside promenade and beach, in the town of Hanioti, at a distance of 200m from the beach and 170m from the central square.

This apartment is situated on the first floor of a two-storey building and is intended for the accommodation of up to four adults and one child. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa for three persons (by unfolding the sofa, three beds are obtained - two connected as a one double bed with a width of 150cm, and another bed with dimensions of 90x210cm).

Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot can be added.

In this air-conditioned apartment, with independent air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven and a toaster.

Guests can enjoy warm summer mornings and evenings on the balcony furnished with seating furniture, offering a side view of the sea.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and at no extra cost.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay. Bed linen is changed every five days and towels are not provided.

Guests can park their vehicles in front of the building or in the surrounding streets.

Thessaloniki International Airport is 92km away, while Pefkohori and Polichrono are approximately 5km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 15 years.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
