Pavlos Molos 2 Apartment is located in a beautifully landscaped complex with a pool at the very exit of Hanioti, 270m away from the beach, in a popular and very nicely arranged resort on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula. It is 1km away from the center, restaurants, and shops.
The large Masoutis supermarket is located 600m away, while the Lemonis bakery is 1km away.
The accommodation unit consists of two levels and can accommodate up to four adults and two children. On the first level (ground floor), there is a spacious living room with a sofa for two, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. The living room opens onto a large veranda with a seating area and a table and chairs overlooking the sea. On the second level (first floor), there are two bedrooms and a toilet. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds.
Upon request and included in the price, a children's cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has an independent cooling unit in the living room and hallway on the floor, guests have access to free WiFi internet, TV, mosquito nets, hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with a four-ring stove, large oven, large fridge with freezer, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom has a shower without a tub with a curtain.
On warm summer days, with a partial view of the sea and the pool, guests can spend time on the veranda or balcony equipped with a seating area. Guests have access, included in the price, to the use of the pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas by the pool, and can enjoy preparing a barbecue with family and friends in the beautifully maintained garden.
Pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation, included in the price.
Guests are responsible for cleaning, while bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. There is a shared washing machine and iron in the building.
Parking is provided for guests in front of the complex.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
