Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Oasis Apartments is located in Hanioti, approximately 500m from the beach. The accommodation provides everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay in a peaceful environment.
Two separate apartments are available – Cottage, with a capacity of up to four people, and Loft, which can accommodate up to ten guests. Both units are located on the first floor of the building, next to each other.
The Cottage apartment consists of a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room features a fold-out sofa for two people and an air conditioner, while the bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four burners, a large oven, and a spacious refrigerator with a freezer.
The Loft apartment is a spacious two-level unit with four bedrooms. On the lower level, there is a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom, while the upper level, in the attic, has four bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The living room is furnished with two sofas, and each bedroom contains a double bed. The air conditioner is located in the hallway on the upper level, while a fan is available in the living room on the lower level. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four ceramic burners and a large oven, a spacious refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a dishwasher.
Each apartment has WiFi internet, a TV, and a hairdryer, while the balconies are furnished with seating areas.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean apartment and are responsible for maintaining its cleanliness during their stay.
There is no private parking provided, but parking can be found on the street in front of the building.
