Agkyres Villa is located on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in the popular and beautifully arranged resort of Hanioti, right on the beach and 650m from the central square.

The accommodation consists of three levels and in its structure is a maisonette that can accommodate up to ten people. On the first level (semi-based) there is a room with a washing machine and a bathroom. On the second level (high ground floor level) there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. On the third level (first floor level) there is a living room with a bar, five bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed.

In this air-conditioned apartment, with an independent air conditioning unit in the living room and bedroom, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with a four-ring stove, large oven, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. The bar is equipped with a fridge. The bathrooms have a shower cabin.

On warm summer days, overlooking the sea and the pool, guests can spend their time on the veranda and balcony equipped with a seating set.

In the garden of the property, which is fenced and beautifully arranged for enjoyment, guests have access to a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as tables and chairs.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay. For reservations of ten nights or more, bed linen and towels are changed.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
