Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Alpha Villa is located in Hanioti, within a complex of villas in a quiet location. It is about 800m away from the beach and has its own swimming pool. It can host up to nine people, eight adults and two children. The complex has its own water supply system, so there is no fear of running out of water.
The market is about 500m from the villa, and at a similar distance there are shops, restaurants and bakeries, as well as the town center.
According to its structure, it is an apartment with four bedrooms and a living room, a kitchen (with a dining room) and two bathrooms. It is designed to accommodate eight adults and one child. Three bedrooms each have a double bed, while the fourth has two beds for one person. There is a sofa in the living room.
A baby cot can be obtained on request and this service is not charged separately.
The accommodation is air-conditioned (there is one air conditioner in each room). Free WiFi, flat-screen TV in every room, iron and hairdryer (on request), washing machine and fully equipped kitchen are at guests' disposal. In the kitchen there is a stove with four rings and a large oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a large fridge with a freezer and a kettle.
One bathroom has a shower cabin, while one of the bedrooms has an additional, private bathroom with a bathtub.
You can spend most of your time outside, on spacious veranda or by the pool, enjoying the deckchairs or the spacious sofa. The pool also has a special sound system, so this will be especially pleasant in the evening moments of relaxing.
A barbecue is also available to guests.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior agreement and additional payment.
The cleaning of the accommodation units during the stay is done by the guests themselves. Towels and bed linen can be changed for an additional fee.
A parking space is provided for the guests of the accommodation within the yard, which is fenced.
