Pavlos Molos Apartments is located 270m away from the beach in Hanioti, a popular and well-maintained resort on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula.

The apartments are situated in a peaceful complex with a swimming pool, along with several other villas. The distance from the center of Hanioti is 1km, a 10-minute walk. The complex itself is rich in pine trees, palm trees, and flowers, making the stay pleasant even on the hottest days. Nearby the complex, there are well-known beach bars such as “Achinos Beach,” “White Beach,” and the former “Molos Beach.”

There are three accommodation units available:

Apartment Pavlos Molos 4 is located on the ground floor and can accommodate four adults and two children. It consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom (it has one classic double bed and one narrower than standard double bed, which are separated by a glass screen), and a bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed for two people.

Apartment Pavlos Molos 5 is situated on the first floor and can accommodate six people. It comprises a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. The living room has a double bed and two single sofas.

Studio Pavlos Molos 6 is located on the ground floor and can accommodate two adults and one child. It includes a double bed, a single sofa, a kitchen, and a bathroom.

The accommodation units are air-conditioned and offer TV, WiFi internet, a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with two or four burners, a large oven, a standard or large refrigerator, and a kettle (Pavlos Molos 5). The bathroom features a bathtub or a shower cabin. A baby cot is available upon request.

The veranda is furnished with a seating set and offers a partial view of the sea, the garden, and the pool. Guests have access to the pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, as well as the opportunity to enjoy barbecue preparation in the well-maintained garden, all included in the price.

Pets are allowed.

A parking space is provided for guests.

Guests are responsible for cleaning, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done halfway through the stay, at the latest every five days. There is a shared washing machine and iron available on the premises.

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
