Siss Home is located in a popular and very nicely decorated resort on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, Hanioti, in the first row and only 60m from the beach.

This accommodation, which is located on the second floor of a building that does not have an elevator, is a two-bedroom apartment in its structure and is designed to accommodate a maximum of four adults and one child. It has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has a narrower than standard double bed, and there is a sofa in the living room.

On request, within the price, a baby cot is available.

In this air-conditioned accommodation guests have free Wi-Fi, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four rings and a large oven and a large fridge with a freezer.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the sea and palm trees on the balcony equipped with seating.

Small pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter clean accommodation and independently maintain the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. For stays longer than seven days, guests are provided with a set of bed linen and towels, every seventh day, while for stays shorter than seven days this service is not provided. There is a compulsory cleaning fee for all bookings.

One parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation within the yard.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 40 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
