Hotel Description

Pefka House is situated in the first row by the sea in the resort of Hanioti, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula. From the courtyard, there is direct access to the city beach, which is sandy and beautifully maintained. This comfortable and well-appointed accommodation, perfect for summer enjoyment, is an ideal choice for a family vacation and relaxed socializing with friends.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to four adults and two children. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes bunk beds and a sofa for two.

Upon request, at no additional cost, guests have access to a baby cot.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

From the veranda, furnished with a seating set, there is a view of the sea and the landscaped courtyard. It is an ideal place for relaxation or barbecue preparation with family and friends. Sun loungers are also available to guests.

Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation upon agreement with the owner. Guests staying with their pets are required to pay a deposit, which is refunded upon check-out if the accommodation is returned in the same condition as received.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay, with towels and linens provided and changed only after departure.

Parking is available for guests within the courtyard.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

When arriving at the accommodation with a pet it is necessary to leave a guarantee deposit of 200€, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage
