Only 160 m from the nearest beach and 800 m from the resort center, it ensures comfort and ease of walking distance to everything guests need on vacation and promises that this holiday will be remembered by the smell of the sea and the sound of the waves that reach your balcony while you drink your first morning coffee.
This accommodation, designed for a maximum of six adults, is located on the first floor and consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed, while in the other bedroom there are two beds for one person. In the living room, there is a sofa for two more guests.
A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon guests’ request, with prior notice at the time of booking.
The apartment is equipped with an air conditioner located in the living room, as well as a with a internet connection and a flat-screen TV, providing guests with all the conveniences of modern equipment and the availability of their favorite multimedia content during their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and includes a stove with a large oven and four hotplates, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee machine. At their disposal, guests also have a washing machine and a hair dryer, which further adds to the comfort of their stay.
The apartment has one balcony, equipped with seating furniture. In addition to the balcony, guests of this accommodation also have access to a common, landscaped yard, where they will surely enjoy the abundance of sea air, bearing in mind the proximity to the beach.
In this facility, guests can stay with smaller pets, whose arrival must be announced in advance during the reservation. An additional fee is charged for the stay of pets, while guests also leave a guarantee deposit, which is returned at the end of the stay in case no damage has occurred.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

- Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
- Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
