Hotel Description
Kondilenia’s House offers nine well-maintained apartments for 2-4 people. The house is located just outside the crowds and yet close to all the amenities Kallitea has to offer as well as the beaches. In the yard there is a lawn and a summer house, and in front of the yard there is a private parking.
Accommodation is located at 350m from the center and about 250m from the beach. The nearest market is Masoutis (at about 30m) and the nearest bakery is in the center (at about 350m). More about nearby beaches read here.
The apartments are located on the ground and two upper floors. In the living room, there’s one single bed or a folding armchair and a sofa bed, TV, table with chairs and fully equipped kitchen, with a small fridge with freezer compartment and a hot plate with two rings. The bedroom is separated, with one double bed and an exit to the terrace. The bathroom is enclosed with shower with a curtain. The apartments on the ground floor have no terrace, but veranda with a courtyard view, while the ones on the first floor have terraces with a side sea view.
Each apartment has internet, a hairdryer and an iron (with no board), and a baby cot can be provided on request.
Apartments on the ground floor can be suitable for people with special needs, but the bathrooms are not fully adapted.
In front of the yard with lawn and gazebo, there’s private parking and a shared playground for children with a see-saw and swings (not owned by the House and a bit older).
Cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen is done on half of the stay.
Arriving from the direction of Thessaloniki, turn left at the central intersection and then turn left again at about 30m away before the hypermarket Masoutis.
If you’re looking for a good accommodation in Kallithea, a little bit out of the crowd and close to all the facilities that this place offers, Kondilenia’s House can be the right choice.

If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
