Hotel Description

Acquablue Apartments has 10 apartments for 2-5 persons, and one of those is a duplex. It is located in a quiet street, just 150m from the center of Kalithea. Across the street, behind the Masoutis market, there is a private parking lot, which does not belong to the accommodation but can be used by all.

It is about 300m away from the beach.

The apartments (25m2) are air-conditioned, they have internet, terrace, TV, hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, with two-ring oven and small fridge.

There is a safe at the reception which is free of charge and laundry and dry cleaning services are charged 5e.

Duplex apartment (40m2) is located on the second floor. The bedrooms have one double or two single beds and an armchair. Each room has air conditioning, TV and terrace. The kitchen has a two-ring grill and a large fridge with freezer.

Cleaning is done daily, and towels and linen are changed every two days.

You are the best. Everything is just as you described, even better. We had a wonderful rest, the apartment is beautiful, and everything is so close. The sea, the center, yet we enjoyed our peace.

The apartments are situated in a perfect location and are exceptionally clean. The owner is very kind and unobtrusive. I can only recommend them. All praises also go to the agency Nikana.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
