Our description
A Ponte Studios & Apartments is a modern accommodation on the main road, close to the village and Sykia beach. It is an ideal place for vacation, especially because of spacious and fenced yard with a swimming pool.
The closest beach is Sykia 2km away, the closest market is at 500m and center of the Sykia village is 2,2km away.
In the offer are 14 accommodation units, three quintuple apartments, one quadruple apartment and 10 quadruple studios.
The quintuple apartments have two sofa beds for three children and a dining table in the kitchen area, i.e. one double bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a mini-oven with hotplates and the necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower tray with curtain.
The quadruple apartment has one double bed in the bedroom, i.e. two bunk beds in the room with the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a mini-oven with hotplates and the necessary utensils. The bathroom has a shower tray with curtain. The maximum capacity of this apartment is two adults and two children.
The quadruple studios have one double and two bunk beds in the same room. The kitchen has hotplates, large refrigerator and a dining table, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin.
Accommodation units have a TV, air conditioning, internet and a terrace with table and chairs, awning and drying rack, some with garden view and some overlooking the main road. Pets are strictly prohibited.
At the back of the property, there's a spacious and nicely landscaped courtyard with swimming pool, lawn, gazebo, children's facilities and barbecue. Private parking is provided.
If you're arriving from the direction of Sarti, you will see this house at 300m before turning to Sykia village, on your left.
A Ponte Studios & Apartments can be a great choice for guests who'd like to spend their vacation in new and nicely arranged accommodation, with the vicinity of the beach not being a priority.

Welcome to A Ponte Studios and Apartments. In the peninsula of Sithonia in Sykia, where the unique nature creates breathtaking landscapes and sensations we built a bridge that connects the modern world with Greek traditional values of hospitality and the natural environment with high-quality services. We have created a complex of apartments and studios in the valley of the Sykia with the expectation that you can feel comfortable from the first time and you will not miss your home throughout the duration of your stay.
The complex provides seven accommodation units, three apartments and four studios that operate for the first time this year, with handmade beds and furniture, all modern amenities and comfortable indoor and outdoors. A Ponte aspires to offer you the best summer holidays in Halkidiki and makes you visit us again.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Potrebna su nam dva apartmana za dve porodice . Jedna porodica ima 2 odraslih i 3 dece od 9,15,17 godina a druga porodica ima 2 odraslih i 2 dece od 11 i 14 godina .Jedini zahtev da sobe budu odvojene,u periodu od 05.07-20.07 za 10 nocenja.Hvala unapred
