Our description

Royal Studios is located in the center of Kallithea, within easy reach of all amenities. It has rooms without kitchen, capacity 2-3 people. As part of the accommodation, on the ground floor, there is a cafe-pastry shop, and behind is a small yard with a barbecue.

The nearest shop, restaurant and bakery are about 100m away, while the beach is 550m from the accommodation.

The beach is sandy. It has parts with bars, deck chairs and umbrellas, and there are also parts where you can place your own equipment.

Out of a total of 10 rooms (20m2), seven are double, with one double or two single beds, and three are triple, with one double and one single bed. All triple rooms are on the first floor, while double rooms are arranged on the first and second floor. As for orientation, ie. views - eight rooms are in front, ie. overlooks the street, while two triple rooms face the backyard.

All rooms are air conditioned, have internet, safe, TV, hairdryer, refrigerator or mini bar, wardrobe, terrace with awning and bathroom with shower with curtain.

Čiščenje jedinica obavlja se svakodnevno, peškiri se menjaju svakog drugog ili trećeg dana, a posteljina se menja na tri dana.

Automobili se parkiraju na ulici ispred smeštaja.

Owners description

Royal is located in the heart of cosmopolitan Kallithea, next to the center with shops, restaurants, patisseries and cafes. The sandy beach is just a 5-minute walk away.

On the ground floor of the accommodation, overlooking the pedestrian street of Kallithea, there is a patisserie-cafe where you can enjoy Greek freshly baked traditional handmade pies, various sweets, pizzas, a variety of coffees and light snacks all made with pure products and taste.

Accommodation features modern furnishings, air conditioning, TV, safe, hairdryer, personal care products and a furnished balcony.

Internet is available in both rooms and public areas.

  • The minimum number of nights in the period from 1⁄6-26⁄6 and from 23⁄8-18⁄9 is 5 nights, in other periods the minimum number of nights is 4.

Cancellation and payment policy

Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.

    Zdravo, proverila sam dostupnost za period od 8.7. do 17.7. za dve osobe, i vidim da je dostupna jedna soba, pa sam htela da proverim da li ta soba ima francuski lezaj, ili su to dva odvojena pojedinacna kreveta, i da li postoji mogucnost da dobijemo sobu sa francuskim lezajem? Takodje, da li mozda mogu da dobijem neke slike kupatila, posto ih ovde nema Hvala unapred
