If you are looking for accommodation within walking distance of all the contents of Kallithea, Pi-Polis can be an excellent choice for you. The accommodation is very neat and with airy rooms.
It is located about 200m from the nearest supermarket and bakery, as well as the center, while the beach is about 450m away.
It has one four-bed apartment on the first floor and one duplex apartment in the basement.
The four-bed apartment consists of a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary dishes, a hob with two hot plates and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathrooms have an enclosed shower area with a curtain.
The apartment also has an exit to the balcony with yard view.
The duplex apartment can host up to six people. It consists of two bedrooms with one double bed each.
In the living room there are two single beds as well as an exit to the yard balcony which has tables and chairs where you can enjoy.
The kitchen has a stove, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as all the necessary dishes.
The bathroom is the same as in the four-bed apartment - an enclosed shower area with a curtain.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV and mosquito nets.
Guests are responsible for the hygiene of the accommodation units, and must also bring their own towels. Bed linen is not changed during the ten-day stay.
There is also a laundry service. The owners can provide you with a baby cot, if you need it, and pets are allowed.
Pi- Polis is the ideal choice for anyone who would like to stay in comfortable accommodation not far from the beach, the promenade and all the contents that Kallithea offers.

Pi-Polis Apartments Kallithea offers two apartments in a complex located in the center of the resort of Kallithea, right next to the church.
The three-room apartment consists of two bedrooms and one comfortable living room with kitchen and dining area. It is suitable for 4 to 6 people, depending on age. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has a double bed. In the living room there are two single beds suitable for additional accommodation. The apartment opens onto two courtyard terraces.
The yard is spacious and suitable for small children, and there is a large playground for children with a lot of content.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WIFI and WLAN network, satellite TV with over 100 world and ex-YU channels, baby chair, bed linen, hair dryer and electric water heater. The kitchen is fully equipped for food preparation and contains a refrigerator, stove with oven, induction hob, hood. All the mentioned benefits are included in the price.One and a half bedroom apartment is oriented to the east with a view of the yard. The apartment consists of a living room and a bedroom. It is suitable for 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has two single beds. In the corridor between the living room and the bathroom there is an equipped kitchen. The living room opens onto a comfortable terrace overlooking the courtyard. The apartment is located on the first floor.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WiFi signal, satellite TV with over 100 world and ex-YU channels, bed linen and electric water heater. The kitchen is equipped for preparing food and contains a refrigerator, hob, extractor. All the mentioned benefits are included in the price.Guests maintain the units during their stay and bring their own towels. Bed linen is not changed during the 10 night stay.
Parking is always available in the public area in front of the building. To the west, at the end of the apartment block, there is a large public parking lot. North of the complex is a new public children's playground.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 10 days prior arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Bili smo u dvosobnom, četvorokrevetnom apartmanu. Ima komotnu terasu koja gleda na dvorište, koja je i najveća prednost apartmana. Čist, uredan mali stan, ima sve što je potrebno za letovanje. Lokacija je dobra jer ste na 3 minuta od centra, svih događanja, prodavnica restorana, a miran je kraj. Do plaže treba 6-7 minuta pešaka, ali za takvu plažu vredi se prošetati

Odusevljeni smo cistocom apartmana. Kreveti su udobni. Nalazi se na samo nekoliko minuta od centra. Televizor ima srpske kanale, sto je prvi put da srecemo u Grckoj. Vlasnik je vrlo predusretljiv. Pre dolaska smo dobili na mejl sve lepo objasnjeno. Toplo preporucujem!
