Our description
Voula Seaside Apartments is one of the few accommodations on the sandy beach in Kallithea. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available to guests on the beach and this service is free of charge. The accommodation is close to the center and the promenade (about 500m) and evening entertainment is easily available.
The center, the nearest supermarket and bakery are about 500m away, while the nearest restaurant is right in front of the accommodation.
All accommodation units are similar in size (35-40m2) and are suitable for 4 people (three adults and a child no older than 14). The accommodation has a total of 15 accommodation units. Two units are of the deluxe studio type and are located on the second and third floors.
The other units are of the standard apartment type, four look directly at the sea, and 9 have a side view of the sea - they are arranged on the first, second and third floors.
Deluxe units have a double, single bed and a pull-out sofa, while the standard units have a double and two single beds (the beds are in the same room, only the kitchen is separate).
The kitchens are equipped, with a two-burner stove/top, an electric kettle, a standard fridge in the standard units and a small fridge freezer in the deluxe units.
In the bathrooms of the standard units there is a shower without a curtain, and in the deluxe units there is a shower cabin with glass.
The terraces are about 8m2 in size and have awnings. The windows of all units have mosquito nets.
Guests have at their disposal a TV, hairdryer, hot water 24 hours a day, internet in common areas, baby cot - on request.
Deck chairs and umbrellas are provided on the beach, two deck chairs and an umbrella for each accommodation unit, and this service is included in the price (for guests of deluxe units, the first row of deck chairs, for other units, other rows).
The use of the contents is limited to the guests of the accommodation - visitors are not allowed to enter the accommodation or use the furniture on the beach.
Pets are not allowed.
Cleaning is done three times a week, and towels and sheets are changed twice a week.
The accommodation does not have a secured parking lot, so you can park your vehicle in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation.
Voula Seaside Apartments is an excellent choice for families who want comfortable accommodation on the beach and close to all the facilities that Kallithea has to offer.

Voula Seaside Apartments are located in front of one of the most beautiful beaches in Chalkidiki. Enjoy every minute of your stay on the spacious apartments, all of which have partial or full sea view, and step out right onto the sand to enjoy the sun from your private set of sunbeds and an umbrella, that is reserved only for you.
There are three types of apartments, Standard Sea View, Standard Side View and Deluxe. All apartments have approximately the same size, 35-40 square meters with an 8 square meter balcony. The maximum capacity of all apartments is three adults and one child, not older than 14 years old. The upper floors are accessible by stairs only. There is no private parking. Pets are not allowed.
The shallow, yet crystal clear water, and the fine sand make the Kallithea beach ideal for family vacations. Awarded with the iconic Blue Flag, one of the world’s most recognised voluntary awards for beaches, and lifeguard-protected, its turquoise waters are captivating to the senses.Facilities:

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, Htela bih da rezervisem cetvorokrevetni apartman za 2+2(1,9)ali sa direktnim pogledom na more. Da li ima slobodnih u periodu od 28og jula do 14 avgusta (10dana)? Kada ukucam u pretrazivacu izlazi mi samo apartman sa bocnim pogledom na more. Pozdrav!

Postovani da li imaju dva apartmana na raspolaganju, 4bedroom apartman sidesea view, za dve zasebne porodice 2+2(8i4).Peiod 18-28 juna. Moze i 19,20,21 najkasnije 22jun pa na deset noci. Ukoliko ima, cena bi bila? Hvala

Takodje, zanima me na kom spratu je apartman? Postoji li mogućnost doplate za polupansion u restoranu? Da li se parking moze pronaći u blizini smeštaja? Postoji li mogućnost da se negde plati parking?
