Eva Apartment is located in a peaceful area surrounded by hotel complexes and villas, near the center of Kalithea and the promenade, just 50m from the old main road to Polychrono, Hanioti and Pefkohori. The nearest beach is 500m away from the accommodation.
The apartment is situated in the semi-basement (2-3 steps below ground level) and can accommodate up to four people. It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The living room features a three-seater sofa and a sofa bed for two people, along with a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a TV, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove, a large oven, a big fridge with a freezer and an electric kettle. The bathroom includes a shower with a curtain.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
