Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Eva Apartment is located in a quiet area, near the center of Kallithea and the promenade. The nearest beach is 500m from the accommodation.
The accommodation is about 50m from the promenade, restaurant and bakery, and Masutis is nearby, about 270m away.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of four people. At the entrance is a spacious veranda (which is 3 steps lower than the street level). It consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa and a sofa bed for two people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs. There is a double bed in the bedroom.
The accommodation is air-conditioned. Free Wi-Fi internet, TV, mosquito nets, hair dryer, equipped kitchen with four-burner stove, large oven, large refrigerator with freezer and kettle are at guests' disposal. The bathroom has a bathtub with a curtain.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda equipped with seating.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. For reservations of seven or more nights, an additional set of towels and bed linen is available, which guests are responsible for changing.
There is no private parking, but a free parking space can easily be found in front of the accommodation itself or along the street where it is located. There is also a public parking lot nearby.
