Hotel Description

Guest Apartment is a simply decorated apartment for a maximum of four people, not far from the center of Kallithea. It is located in a quiet location and within a short walk distance from all the amenities of this popular place.

The accommodation is about 500m away from the beach, on the way downhill, that is, uphill on the way back. The nearest markets, cafes, restaurants and bakery are about 100m away.

The apartment is located on the second floor of the building, it has a living room with a kitchen where there is a sofa for one person and a folding armchair. There is one double bed in the separate bedroom. The accommodation is air-conditioned and includes a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a four-burner stove and a large oven and kettle. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The accommodation has two terraces. One of the terraces is accessed from the bedroom. It is equipped with a sofa and looks towards a street that is not busy. The second, smaller terrace is accessed from the living room.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement.

Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene during their stay. An additional set of bed linen and towels is not provided, but can be obtained on request.

There is no private parking, so guests park on the sidewalk in front of the building or along the street.

The Guest Apartment is a good choice for guests who prefer accommodation in a good location - close to the center and various facilities offered by Kallithea.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

When arriving at the accommodation, it is necessary to leave a guarantee deposit in the amount of 100 euros, which is returned to the guests upon leaving the accommodation, if no damage has been caused.
