Accommodation description
Guest Apartment is a simply decorated apartment for a maximum of four people, not far from the center of Kallithea. It is located in a quiet location and within a short walk distance from all the amenities of this popular place.
The accommodation is about 500m away from the beach, on the way downhill, that is, uphill on the way back. The nearest markets, cafes, restaurants and bakery are about 100m away.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the building, it has a living room with a kitchen where there is a sofa for one person and a folding armchair. There is one double bed in the separate bedroom. The accommodation is air-conditioned and includes a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge-freezer, a four-burner stove and a large oven and kettle. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. The accommodation has two terraces. One of the terraces is accessed from the bedroom. It is equipped with a sofa and looks towards a street that is not busy. The second, smaller terrace is accessed from the living room.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior arrangement.
Guests enter clean accommodation and take care of their own hygiene during their stay. An additional set of bed linen and towels is not provided, but can be obtained on request.
There is no private parking, so guests park on the sidewalk in front of the building or along the street.
The Guest Apartment is a good choice for guests who prefer accommodation in a good location - close to the center and various facilities offered by Kallithea.

The apartment is of adequate size, with the bedroom and terrace being satisfactory. The bathroom is acceptable, while the kitchen is poorly equipped. The "beds" in the kitchen are uncomfortable and suitable only for smaller children, let alone adults. There is no spare bedding, so guests must change the bedding themselves and clean the apartment. Additionally, there are no covers and only a few towels (we should have asked for replacements, which we did not), but it is reasonable to expect that if there is no one to maintain it, at least enough supplies should be left behind.

The apartment is rented by an agency from Greece, not the owner. It does not meet the conditions for the price being asked. While the apartment is spacious, it has many drawbacks. Primarily, it is located on the added part of the building on the high second floor, and the front terrace is open to the staircase and shared with a very inhospitable Greek family, who are extremely noisy and show no respect for tourists or neighbors. The larger terrace, which can be accessed from the bedroom, faces southeast, allowing for pleasant seating during the afternoon and evening hours, provided that the neighbors to the left are not around. The corner sofa in the living room looks fine at first glance, but upon closer inspection, it is dirty and stained... and when you sit on it, you sink down to the floor! The movable armchair is too heavy, and when unfolded, it blocks the entire hallway and the refrigerator door! The air conditioning broke down, and it took two days for the technicians to come and replace the filters and service it. The entrance door is automatic, and there is only one key with a digital system, so if you have children, do not give them the keys, as you may end up locked out while the keys remain inside. The arrival of a locksmith in Kalithea and opening the lock costs 150 euros. The kitchen is poorly equipped; the stove takes an hour to boil water, and the boiler turns on and off with a switch, just like in the old days with our grandparents... 1200 euros for ten days is excessive, as we have vacationed for less money in Afitos, Hanioti, and Sithonia... in much better apartments. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
