Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
Villa White Stone is located in Kallithea. In an ideal position, it is only 100m from the sandy beach and 500m from the city center. It is one of the few facilities in this place near the beach and can host ten people.
The villa is located in a complex of buildings and has two levels. It is about 500m away from shops and restaurants.
On the ground floor (viewed from the entrance to the accommodation) there is a living room with a large corner sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a dining room and a toilet. On the second floor, there is a bathroom with a shower (with a curtain) and two bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed, and in the long one there is a single bed with a pull-out bed drawer and this room has an open gallery, there is a sleeping area with three mattresses on the floor (one for a double bed and two more for a single bed).
A baby cot can be provided on request and this service does not incur an additional charge.
The accommodation is air-conditioned (there are air conditioners in the living room and in the upstairs bedrooms). It offers guests a TV, WiFi internet, washing machine, equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, a large oven, a flat plate with four rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave and a dishwasher.
The accommodation has two terraces, on the ground floor and on the first floor. The terrace on the ground floor is spacious and equipped with seating. The terraces offer a beautiful view of the turquoise sea and this will probably be your favorite place to stay. In front of the entrance, in the shade, there is a table for table tennis, and this can be a good opportunity to try your hand at this sport, if you haven't already.
It is available to guests.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation with prior agreement with the owners and an additional fee.
Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation during their stay. Additional cleaning and change of towels and bed linen are possible for an additional fee. For all reservations, there is a mandatory surcharge for end-of-stay cleaning services.
Two parking spaces are provided for guests.
White Stone villa is an excellent choice for several families or groups and all those who enjoy the view of the sea and proximity to the beach as a priority.
