Owner description
The Duplex apartment Gabor is located on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, in the village of Kalithea. The accommodation is approximately 1km away from the beach.
The nearest supermarket and restaurants are about 150m away from the accommodation.
Apartment Gabor features two bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a double bed, the other has two single beds, and the living room has a sofa bed where two more people can sleep. The accommodation is air-conditioned. Guests have access to internet, TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and two spacious balconies.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is not provided. A mandatory cleaning service fee is required for the unit after guests' departure (80 Euros for season 2024).
There is public parking 80m away from the accommodation, and guests can park on the street in front of and/or near the accommodation. Apartment Gabor is 100 km away from the airport.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
