Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Zozef Seaview Apartment is located in the village of Kallithea, on the Kassandra peninsula, 550m from the sandy beach and 450m from the town center. It provides an ideal space for a complete vacation, creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and enjoyment.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate six people. It consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room features two sofas for one person each.
The air-conditioned accommodation does not have WiFi internet, but guests have access to a smart TV, washing machine, ceiling fan, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, and kettle. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain.
The balcony is furnished with seating and a swing, offering a partial view of the sea.
Pets are allowed. Parking is provided for guests.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and linens is available for guests to change themselves.
