Yades Elegant Villa is a beautiful villa located just a two-minute walk from the sandy beach in Kallithea, surrounded by lush greenery and a private garden that ensures peace and relaxation. The spacious terrace with a stunning sea view is perfect for unforgettable moments outdoors, whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee to the sound of waves or spending romantic evenings under the starry sky.

This elegant villa offers comfortable accommodation for up to six adults. It is a three-level maisonette, with a kitchen, dining area, living room, and a bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor features two bedrooms with double beds and an additional bathroom, while the attic includes another double bed in an open gallery space.

Upon request, a baby crib is available free of charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation, with air conditioning in all rooms, provides guests with free WiFi, a TV in the living room, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large stove with four glass-ceramic hobs, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker.

On the veranda, equipped with a seating set and a dining table, as well as on the spacious balconies, guests can enjoy the view of the sea and the beautifully landscaped garden.

A barbecue is available for guests, perfect for enjoying pleasant moments outdoors with family or friends.

During their stay, guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation as well as changing the bed linen and towels, which are provided only for stays longer than seven days. For stays shorter than seven days, bed linen and towel replacement is not included.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is included in prices.
Deposit of 100% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
