Accommodation description

Dimi Villa is located just a few steps away from a sandy beach, in the town of Kalithea, one of the most popular resorts on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula. This modernly equipped accommodation combines comfort and simplicity, providing guests with a magnificent view of the sea and everything needed for an unforgettable stay.

The accommodation unit can accommodate five adults and is structured as a maisonette. On the first floor, on the first level, there is a living room, kitchen, and a toilet. The living room includes a sofa for one person. On the second floor, on the second level, there are a bathroom and two bedrooms with a double bed.

A baby cot can be provided upon request, for an additional charge.

The air-conditioned unit features a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster.

From the balcony, equipped with a seating set, there is a panoramic view of the sea.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. For reservations of seven nights or more, a replacement set of towels and bed linen is available, and guests are responsible for changing them. There is a mandatory cleaning fee for all reservations.

A parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Very nice and comfortable accommodation, well equipped, spacious, fully matches the description. We vacationed in August so it was very crowded. The beach is less than 100 meters away, down the stairs, but it was not suitable for us with children because of the crowd (although the water is shallow, mostly sand, with some rocks), so we visited other beautiful beaches on Kassandra.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
