Hotel Description

Dimi Villa is located just a few steps away from a sandy beach, in the town of Kalithea, one of the most popular resorts on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula. This modernly equipped accommodation combines comfort and simplicity, providing guests with a magnificent view of the sea and everything needed for an unforgettable stay.

The accommodation unit can accommodate five adults and is structured as a maisonette. On the first floor, on the first level, there is a living room, kitchen, and a toilet. The living room includes a sofa for one person. On the second floor, on the second level, there are a bathroom and two bedrooms with a double bed.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

The air-conditioned unit features a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ring stove and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and a toaster.

From the balcony, equipped with a seating set, there is a panoramic view of the sea.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. For reservations of seven nights or more, a replacement set of towels and bed linen is available, and guests are responsible for changing them. There is a mandatory cleaning fee for all reservations.

A parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
