Luxury Villas is located in a quiet part of Kalithea, ideal for relaxing far from the city crowds. The accommodation units are modern, stylishly decorated, spacious, and carefully equipped to provide guests with maximum comfort. Each villa features a private pool, perfect for refreshment on hot summer days and complete enjoyment in privacy. Around the pool, there are sun loungers and a relaxation area, allowing guests to unwind in total peace. Kalithea is surrounded by lush pine forest and greenery, while its beautiful beach with turquoise waters and fine sand makes it an ideal destination for families with young children. At the same time, the abundance of cafés and beach bars attracts younger visitors, making Kalithea one of the most popular nightlife spots in Kassandra.

The two-bedroom apartment, structured as a maisonette, spans two levels and can accommodate up to six adults. On the lower level, at ground floor level, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while the upper level features two bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Each bedroom has one double bed and a sofa for one person.

This air-conditioned accommodation has air conditioning in the living room and in each bedroom. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet, TVs in all rooms, a hairdryer, ironing board with an iron, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

On the ground floor, there is a cozy veranda, while the upper floor has a balcony. Both are furnished with outdoor seating areas, perfect for moments of rest and enjoyment. Each accommodation unit features a private pool, equipped with two sun loungers and a parasol, providing guests with maximum privacy and a relaxing holiday experience. A private barbecue is also available, perfect for preparing meals outdoors.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the units, as well as bed linen and towel replacement, is carried out every fourth day. Additional cleaning is available upon request, for an extra charge.

Guests have access to a private parking space in front of the accommodation.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
