If you search for an affodable and decent accommodation, close to Sarti (only few minutes by car), then Archontariki Studios is the right choice for you. Built on the spacious and fenced courtyard on the main road, accommodation is a great option for all those who are coming by their own car and who want to visit famous beaches near Sarti. The owners take care of hygiene and they are extremely kind, which will make your stay even more pleasant.

Accommodation is located next to the circular road outside of Sarti. The beach Platania is about 450m away, the center of Sarti is 2,5km away and the first supermarket and bakery can be found at 1km.

The accommodation consists of two houses and it has a total of 23 units, in a huge courtyard in which one is another accommodation, completely separated, named Platania House.

In the first building there are two double studios on the first floor, each one with a double bed, one triple studio on the first floor and three triple studios on the ground floor, each one with a double bed and a single bed. Five quadruple studios are located on the first and second floor, each one has two double beds. Two quadruple apartments are on the first floor, but they can accommodate up tofive persons. In one room they have kitchen and a double bed and in the second one there are bunk beds. The second room is separated by a folding door. One quintuple bed is on the ground floor and it has a double and a single bed in the room with kitchen, while in the bedroom there are two single beds.

The new units, eight triple studios are located in the second building, four are on the ground floor and four on the first floor. They all have one double and one single bed and they are more modernly decorated than those in the first building.

All accommodation units have separate balconies or exit to the yard, and two units in the new building on the first floor have two terraces. Units have a direct or partial sea view from afar, a kitchen equipped with hotplates and small fridge with freezer compartment, TV and mosquito nets. All bathrooms in the second building have showers with curtain and the doors of the bathrooms are folding ones. Some units have an edged showering area and some not. In the first building all bathrooms are renovated and they have only a showering area (only tiles, no cabin or tray). In agreement with the owners you can get a baby cot and a hair dryer as well as use of a washing machine. Cleaning and towels and bed linen replacement are done every five days. Pets are allowed upon request.

The accommodation has its own private parking and a large green courtyard with plenty of space, while in the yard there are a barbecue, a playground for children, as well as chairs and tables. In the units in the first building it can be slightly noisier, due to the circular road that is near, while the other building is quieter.

The accommodation is easy to reach if you are coming from the north. When entering Sarti you should continue straight around 3km and then you will see the sign with the name of this accommodation, as well as accommodation itself.

Archontariki Studios is a complex that is ideal for those who want privacy and to have enough space to rest in the yard, while at the same time being able to quickly reach the other content.

The hostess is exceptionally kind, the maintenance of the accommodation is excellent, and parking is always available. We are considering the same accommodation in September.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
