An excellent accommodation, we are very satisfied with everything. It is located just a few minutes by car from Sarti, towards Sikia, right by the main road. Across the street, there is a beautiful, relaxing beach called Platania, which is never crowded, and many other lovely beaches are nearby. We were accommodated in an old villa, with a terrace overlooking the sea. The apartment may be a bit smaller, but it is nothing to worry about. There is a slight noise from the cars on the main road, but it did not bother us; that is the only sound that can be heard. The owner is a very kind and warm-hearted woman, unobtrusive but always available for anything needed. Towels and bed linens are changed after the fifth day. There is plenty of parking space in the yard for everyone.

I found the accommodation through nikana.gr, and it was exactly as described. The landlady was kind, there was peace and quiet, and the terrace was beautiful (we had two). Parking was provided, and there was a grill available. Cleaning and changing of bed linens and towels occurred on the sixth day (out of ten). I hardly noticed the main road.

I believe that any rating below 5 is unrealistic. One of the best aspects is the owner, Vasiliki, who is a wonderful woman. The accommodation is excellent: clean, tidy, meticulous, and spacious. The large yard provides excellent parking for vehicles in the shade. The terrace is spacious and faces the sea, offering a breathtaking view. Our expectations were fully met.

The studio had a view of Platania beach (across the highway, but we are from the city and it didn’t bother us). The nature surrounding the accommodation is beautiful, the studio was clean and practical, of sufficient size, the parking was excellent, and the stars at night were perfect. The landlady was genuinely kind and very pleasant. It served as an excellent base for us; we visited nine beaches and had a wonderful time. Highly recommended!

An excellent place for a family vacation. The spacious yard is complemented by the owners' exceptional hospitality, always available to assist with anything. It is located on the main road, yet just a few minutes away from Sarti. In front lies Platania beach, which feels almost private.

We booked 6 studios, some for 1 week and others for 2. The property has proven to be perfectly suited to all our needs, both in terms of the condition and cleanliness of the studios, as well as the location, which, in addition to the beautiful Platania Beach right in front of the property, allows for quick access to the best beaches. The proximity to Sarti is certainly helpful for enjoying evenings strolling through shops and along the waterfront, as well as for savoring Greek cuisine in the numerous tavernas available. We appreciated the kindness and availability of the owners, who were always ready to assist, even during some intense storms.

The beach is nearby and not bad, although honestly, there are many better options. However, for those without transportation or who prefer not to drive, it can suffice. Unfortunately, if guests would think a little more about others, everything would be perfect. Some behave as if they are the only ones in the accommodation, but sadly, such behavior is everywhere and is not specific to this particular place.

A family of three with a nine-year-old child. This year, they were accommodated in a new three-bed studio, while last year they stayed in an older three-bed studio. They are very satisfied. Everything was excellent. The advantage of the old studio is that in the evening, from the terrace, they can watch the children playing in the accommodation's yard, which is quite large and lovely for play. The new studio, located behind, is significantly quieter, and the terrace is phenomenal. Cleanliness was exemplary everywhere. We highly recommend this accommodation.

I stayed with my wife and two children in a four-bed apartment, number 7. The apartment is small but functional. The room with the bunk bed is quite tiny, about 4m2, yet it meets the children's needs for their own little corner. The terrace is spacious, offering a view of the sea and shade throughout the day. The apartment is clean, and the staff is polite and welcoming. They strive to ensure that guests lack nothing and are always ready to assist. For families traveling by car, the location is excellent. The beautiful Platanija beach is just a 5-minute walk away. It takes 5 minutes to reach Sarti, and parking at the property is always available, so there’s no need to worry about that. A downside is that there are no other facilities nearby, and walking to Sarti is not advisable as it is relatively far and requires traveling along the main road. The yard is spacious and well-maintained. Only Greek channels are available on TV, so it would be beneficial to add some English channels as well. The internet connection is quite good. The price-to-quality ratio is very favorable. I recommend Archontariki Studios.

A charming place, well organized, excellently managed, tidy, clean, and well maintained. Ms. Vasiliki, the owner of the apartments, is very kind, polite, and accommodating. The houses are located next to the main road, so there is some traffic noise, but it does not pose a serious disturbance during the stay. The mosquito nets on all doors and windows provide significant assistance, and the view from the terrace overlooking the beach (along with the sunrise above Athos for early risers) is a daily bonus. Everything functions correctly in the apartment, there is enough parking space, and a barbecue in the yard. A beautiful and relatively uncrowded beach is just three minutes from the apartment, and several of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia are a ten to twenty-minute drive away. We spent two of the best "Halkidiki" weeks here so far. We would return to the same place, largely thanks to the charming hostess and her well-organized household. Thank you to the hosts and Nikani!

The kitchen is well-equipped with new and lovely dishes. The terrace is spacious, providing enough room for both laundry and a table for four. The terraces are arranged in a cascading manner, with side screens that enhance privacy. When you are on the terrace, you cannot see people from neighboring studios. Both houses are excellently positioned so that there is never direct sunlight on the terrace, just a little early in the morning, just enough for the laundry to dry. It is very pleasant both on the terrace and in the room, even during the hottest part of the day. The owners are very kind, always present but not intrusive, and they accommodate all your additional requests. You are welcomed with a cup of coffee and their desire for you to feel comfortable and at home. The yard is spacious, featuring parking and furniture for children. The beach is nearby, just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation, making it an excellent starting point for exploring the surroundings. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation!

All the small apartments (studio/one-bedroom) have air conditioning and are quite new. There is ample parking space available. The managers are very kind and speak Italian.

An excellent accommodation, highly recommended, where you will receive maximum value for the price you pay. The place is very clean, and everything is maintained as described, with regular changes of towels and bed linens. There is always hot water available. The landlady speaks English, is polite and unobtrusive, always ready to assist if needed, and you can request additional linens and dishes. A pleasant stay overall. The noise mentioned by some in the comments, caused by vehicles passing in front of the villa, was limited to a few noisy motorcycles we heard during earlier evening hours. We stayed from August 8 to 20, 2018, in the villa closer to the road, on the ground floor. Platanija Beach is a 3 to 5-minute walk away. The city beach of Sarti is also nearby, the far end of the new Sarti, which we consider to be the most beautiful part of the beach in Sarti, especially for children, as it has a long shallow area. I believe smaller pets are allowed upon request. I highly recommend Villa Archontariki!

Located approximately 2 km from the center of Sarti. It has private parking, which is fantastic! Pleasant, quiet, ideal for relaxation and as a base for exploring Sithonia. The hostess is a wonderful woman; whatever you need - she will provide. The rooms are beautiful, clean, renovated, and phenomenal for the price. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days (if requested, they can be changed more frequently). The WiFi works terribly. In fact, it hardly works at all. If you need internet, consider whether this accommodation is suitable for you. Overall - an outstanding "budget" accommodation. It is hard to find better.

We were accommodated in the old part of the villa with a beautiful view of the sea; the location is ideal for those who wish to avoid the crowds of Sarti.
