The apartment is designed to accommodate up to five people, offering a comfortable and functional space for a family or group of friends. It is located on the second floor and consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom. The living room features a sofa bed for two people and an additional sofa for one person, while the separate bedroom has a double bed, ensuring a pleasant stay and optimal use of space.
A baby cot is available free of charge upon request, making the stay easier and more comfortable for families with small children.
Guests have access to air conditioning in the living room, as well as a ceiling fan in the bedroom, while WiFi internet is available throughout the apartment, along with a flat-screen TV with Netflix and satellite channels. The kitchen is fully equipped and suitable for everyday meal preparation, featuring a two ceramic glass stovetop burners, a large refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher, while smaller appliances include a kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and microwave. Additional comfort is provided by a washing machine and a hairdryer.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided for stays longer than seven days, and guests can arrange their replacement according to their needs.
