Xenia Villa represents an impeccable choice for families seeking to enjoy tranquility and privacy, staying in a spacious house near a crowd-free sandy-pebble beach.
Situated in the peaceful part of Kriopigi, on the Kassandra peninsula, a steep downhill path of about 200m leads to the unorganized beach with natural shade, making descent and ascent a challenging task for individuals. The first shops and cafes are located approximately 850m away, in the center of the village.
This two-story house is designed to accommodate up to six adults and two children. The ground floor features a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a toilet, while the first floor comprises two bedrooms and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double bed, while the third bedroom, which is glazed and offers a view of the sea and sunrise directly from the bed, includes a sofa bed. The living room has a sofa that can accommodate two people. A crib can be provided upon request.
Available amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, a dishwasher, and an electric kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene.
Guests can park their cars in front of the house. The yard is fenced and represents a true little oasis for relaxation - the lawns are carefully maintained, there is a swing in the shade of trees, sun loungers, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining area with a sea view. Pets are not allowed.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, when you reach the main street in Kriopigi, turn left at the Panorama market and drive straight to the Medusa hotel, then turn left and continue for another 360m to the next left turn. After 200m, turn left again, and then left again and continue straight for another 50m to the last four villas in a row - the first one on the right is villa Xenia.
If your imperative during your summer vacation is to enjoy the natural surroundings, peace, silence, and enchanting sea view, then Xenia Villa can be a good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
