Accommodation description

Forest Villa is located in the small village of Kriopigi, surrounded by a pine forest, on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, at a distance of 2.4 km from the nearest beach.

The accommodation unit is spread over two levels and is structurally a maisonette, intended for six adults and two children. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the upper level, which is at the level of the first floor, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms equipped with a double bed. In the living room there are two sofas for one person each and bunk beds.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, internet, hair dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove and a large oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer.

You can spend your free time by the pool, on the veranda or balcony, which are equipped with seating, and for additional enjoyment, you can also use the barbecue.

Pets are allowed in this accommodation.

The cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, is done by the guests themselves.

A parking space is provided for accommodation guests.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
