- The minimum period of stay is five nights.
- Guests pay the remaining amount of money on the first day after arrival exclusively in cash.
- Upon the arrival of guests, payment of a guarantee deposit in the amount of 300€ is mandatory in case of compensation for any damage caused by the guests. The deposit will be returned to guests if no damage is caused after their stay in the accommodation.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Eden Of Kriopigi House is located in the coastal town of Kriopigi, on the eastern part of the Kassandra peninsula, in Halkidiki. Located in a quiet area, part of a maisonette complex, it is an ideal choice for family vacations and friendly gatherings. You have at your disposal an entire maisonette on three levels with a spacious, beautifully landscaped yard that includes a communal pool, a children's play area, a private barbecue and a relaxation corner, and the nearest beach is 700 meters away.
This property can accommodate a maximum of six adults. It has a living room with a kitchen and dining room, three bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. On the lower level, which is on the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with kitchen and dining room and one toilet. On the second level, which is on the first floor and is reached by internal stairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the third level, at the height of the second floor, there is one bedroom and a toilet. On the first floor, one bedroom has a double bed, and the other two separate beds for one person, while on the second floor, in the third bedroom, there is also a double bed.
On request, and within the price, a baby cot is also available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with four rings, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
The building has two balconies, on the first and second floor, equipped with a table and chairs, as well as two private verandas on the ground floor with seating. In the spacious yard there are children's swings, a private barbecue and a communal pool, which is in operation during July and August, offering the opportunity to enjoy various activities in the fresh air.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleaning the accommodation, and they have at their disposal a replacement set of bed linen and towels that they change themselves as needed. Due to the maintenance of high hygiene standards, smoking is not allowed in this facility.
