Owners description
Koumaros ApartHotel is located on a hill in front and above the sea, offering its guests a view of the Aegean sea and a unique sunset. It consists of three buildings built in an area of 3500m2, offering fully furnished accommodation units of various sizes and types (studios, apartments and maisonettes with one, two or three bedrooms, for 2-7 persons), with a panoramic sea view, fully equipped kitchen, A/C, TV in all rooms, free WiFi internet, daily cleaning service, reception desk, laundry upon request, breakfast, airport shuttle etc...
The family maisonette with a sea view (60m2) consists of two levels and it's suitable for a family with two or three children. On the first level, there's a living room with one sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and a bedroom with two bunk beds for two children and two terraces. The staircase leads to the second floor with one double bedroom. Maisonette has a separate entrance and unlimited view of the sea, pool and courtyard.
The deluxe suite with a sea view (40m2) on the ground floor accommodates two adults with or without a child. It has one double bed, a sofa bed, kitchen, dining space and a bathroom. It's connected with the garden through a balcony.
Double studios (25m2) with a sea view have one double bed, kitchen, bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea and the garden.
Quadruple maisonettes (75m2) with a sea view have a kitchen and dining room with access to the terrace and garden on the lower floor, as well as two bedrooms with access to a large terrace, one double bed i.e. two single beds and a bathroom on the upper floor.
Three bedroom apartment with a sea view is a maisonette (90m2) suitable for a maximum of six adults and a child. On the ground floor, there's a double bedroom with a separate bathroom, kitchenette with a dining room, living room with a sofa bed and another large kitchen with access to the terrace. The staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms with one double i.e. two single beds, two terraces and a bathroom.
Loutra is a picturesque seaside town with a small port and a sandy beach and is suitable for families seeking peace and relaxation, away from noisy activities and busy places. At the end of Loutra, there are healing springs open all year-round, with a spa suitable for all ages.

Bookings
- Deposit for a stay in July and August is 50%.
- Minimum stay is three nights in May, June and September, i.e four nights in July and August.
- Children aged 0-3,99 years using the baby cot or existing bed, stay free of charge.
- Prices in 3 Bedrooms Maisonette, Sea View refer to six adults.
- Prices in 3 Bed Deluxe Suite, Sea View refer to two adults.
- Prices in Family Maisonette, Sea View refer to two adults and two children.
SUPPLEMENT
- Overnight stay tax is 0,50e per room per night.
- Additional children aged 4-16,99 years are charged 18e per person per night.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money will be fully refunded. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
