Four Princess Villas is located in the quiet village of Agia Paraskevi, 4km away from a pebble beach. Each villa has its own private pool and offers complete comfort and tranquility in a green, peaceful complex. It is an ideal place for relaxation, far from the crowds, with an authentic summer holiday atmosphere.

The complex consists of four identical, modernly furnished villas, situated on three different levels in the courtyard. Each villa can accommodate up to six adults and is designed as a two-level maisonette. On the first level, the ground floor, there is a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. On the second level, the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms are equipped with double beds, while the living rooms have a sofa for two people.

A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price.

This air-conditioned accommodation has AC units in both the living room and each bedroom. Guests have access to free WiFi, a TV with Netflix, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four glass-ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a toaster.

On the verandas, which are furnished with seating sets, guests can enjoy views of the courtyard, pool, and the mountain.

Each villa has its own private pool, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the sun loungers in the beautifully arranged courtyard.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done every three days during the stay.

Each guest has one designated parking space.

Four Princess Villas is located 5km from an underwater cave from which thermal water flows between the rocks, while the picturesque village of Panorama is just 3km away. The popular seaside resort of Pefkohori is 6km away. The nearest airport is Macedonia Airport in Thessaloniki, exactly 100km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
