Our description
Maltinas House is located in the second row from the sea, in the small place called Mola Kaliva. It offers 14 units, for 2-4 people. Since the accommodation is close to the beach, most of the units have a very nice view of the sea. There is a private parking.
The beach is about 120m away, while the nearest grocery store and a bakery are at 100m.
The accommodation was built in 2007 and it offers eight apartments and six studios.
The apartments (38-57m2) have one double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, as well as a large stove with oven and a fridge in the kitchen. Apartments located in the corners of the building have a fireplace.
The studios (27m2) also have one double bed and a sofa bed in the bedroom, while the kitchen has a hot plate, mini-stove with oven and small fridge. Two studios are smaller (22m2), they're located on the ground floor and their accommodation capacity is for two persons.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, hairdryer, internet, mosquito nets, a bathroom the shower cabin and a large terrace or enclosed veranda (on the ground floor).
Cleaning, as well as replacement of towels and bed linen, is performed after our days. Laundry service is also provided.
Private parking is at about 100m from the house.
If you're looking for a good base to visit the peninsula, in an excellent accommodation, Maltinas House can be a good choice for you.

Approximately 80 minutes from Thessaloniki Airport and just 6 km from the peninsula of Possidi Kassandra, within the settlement of Mola Kaliva, Maltinas House is located just 50 meters to the sea. The Apartments Maltinas House provides an ideal holiday destination for families and couples. Its interesting architecture that combines modern materials with natural stone from Afitos creates a sensual family space that emphasizes the owners tasteful attention to detail.

Upper Floor Comfort One Bedroom Apartments: Upper floor apartments, with a large kitchen, living room and private balcony, suitable to accommodate up to two adults and two children on a sofa bed. They provide a fully equipped kitchen suitable to meet all their resident’s needs. Some with sea view. They are sized from 55-5m2.

Ground Floor Garden View Studios: One-room studios at ground level with a small terrace, suitable to accommodate up to two adults and one child or infant. They provide a fully equipped kitchen, suitable to meet their resident’s needs. They are sized from 26-30m2.

Children and extra beds: All children are welcome and they are calculated in the total price. Baby cots are upon request, with extra daily charge and needs to be confirmed by management. Additional fees are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Pets are not allowed!

The hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card prior to arrival and upon reservation depending on the payment policy.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 100% is required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 10 or more days prior to arrival, 30% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
