Owners description
Mola Kaliva Apartments is an accommodation located 40m from the sea, in the small village of Mola Kaliva, on the west side of Kassandra. The village center with several fast food restaurants, taverns and a shop is located 850m away, and there is also a city beach with a beach bar.
Within this accommodation, there are three apartments spread over three floors, designed to accommodate four to six people. The second floor features an apartment with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, intended for a maximum of four people. On the ground floor, there is an apartment with one bedroom equipped with a double bed, and in the living room, there is a sofa for two people, so the maximum capacity of this unit is four people. In the same building, there is also a maisonette on two levels comprising the ground floor and first floor, consisting of three bedrooms with a double bed, two single beds and bunk beds, allowing a total of six people to stay in this accommodation unit.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and include a TV, Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, an iron, a washing machine, a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with four burners and a large oven, a kettle, except for the apartment on the second floor which has three hotplates and a small oven, but includes a microwave oven.
Depending on the floor level, guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda or balcony equipped with seating furniture.The apartment on the second floor and the maisonette have two balconies each, facing the sea on the front side and the mountains on the back side.
The yard is spacious, fenced, carefully maintained and includes an outdoor shower and a shared seating area.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, with the option of cleaning service at an additional cost. A double set of towels and bed linen is provided for guests to change themselves.
Within the large yard, there is a private parking available for guests of each accommodation unit.

The minimum period of stay in this accommodation is one month. Prices for monthly rent are as follows:
- Apartment with two bedrooms on the second floor for four people: June and September €1900, August €2400
- Apartment with one bedroom on the ground floor for four people: June and September €1700, August €2000
- Maisonette on two levels with three bedrooms for six people: June and September €2500, July and August €3200
*the price for booking a maisonette for two months is €6,200 and €7,300 for three months

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
