Description
Paradiso House is a duplex apartment (61m2) for seven individuals, located 50m from the beach in the most exquisite part of Nea Flogite (opposite Mavridis Hotel, with the beach just around the corner). It boasts a living room with a kitchen and dining area, a sofa bed and an unconvertible loveseat (suitable for a small child to sleep on), a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a children's room with three beds (bunk beds, with the lower one being extendable). The bathroom features a shower cabin. The apartment comes with a brand-new portable crib, fully equipped with a washing machine, a flat-top stove with an oven, a microwave, two air conditioning units, two TVs, WiFi with all channels (including Serbian), two terraces (with a swing on the back one), a barbecue, and parking either in front of the building or on the spacious plot nearby.
A parasol and a semi-reclining beach chair are at your disposal, and these must be returned to the apartment every day. Towels, a hairdryer, and an iron are also provided.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Hello, I hope you are well. We need accommodation for two families for dates 17/27.07.2023 One studio for 2adl,1chd 6years and baby 6months. The other family needs apartment with two bedrooms for 2adl, 2chd 14 and 15years, and baby 6months. The dates of check in could be 16,17,18, 19th July - 10 nights.
