Lux Heaven Apartment is located in Nea Flogita on the Kassandra peninsula, on the second floor of a residential building, near the supermarket, market, park, beach bars, and bakeries, only 140m from the beach.
This modern and comfortable accommodation has a living room with a kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a washing machine. In the air-conditioned apartment, free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with a Total TV package of domestic channels are at the guests' disposal. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove with four hotplates, a large oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings on one of the two balconies, equipped with tables and chairs, which are part of this accommodation.
The cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, is done by the guests themselves.
A parking space is provided for guests of the accommodation in front of the building with a car height limit of up to 165 cm.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
