Lux Heaven Apartment is located in a quiet street, not far from the beach in Nea Flogita. It has two bedrooms and can host up to 7 people.

The apartment is located in the street that is the second from the promenade, about 140m from the beach. It is close to cafes, restaurants and markets that are on the promenade by the beach.

The apartment (55m2) has a living room with a pull-out sofa, two single beds in the first bedroom, which is passable, and a double bed in the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large refrigerator and a large stove with an oven. The bathroom has a shower with a glass screen and a washing machine.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, has internet, total TV with Serbian channels, hairdryer, mosquito nets and spacious terraces. From the bedroom there is a terrace that looks towards the courtyard of the building. The terrace that is accessed from the living room is the largest and it faces the street. From the first, walk-through bedroom you can access a small terrace. Apartment is located on second floor.

The cleaning of the apartment during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are at their disposal, is done by the guests themselves.

For guests of the accommodation, a parking space is provided in front of the building with a car height limit of up to 165 cm.

Apartment Lux Heaven is an ideal choice for all those who want extremely clean and good accommodation in a quiet location near the beach.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
