Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Vasileiadou Coastal Rooms is an accommodation consisting of four three-bed studios intended for families of three and four apartments intended for families of four people. It is located 10 meters from the beach, but it is separated from it by a road located in between.
Apartments and studios are located on the ground floor, first and third floor.
Wi-Fi, TV, hair dryer, mosquito nets are available in the air-conditioned accommodation units.
In the kitchen of each unit there is a small oven with two hotplates, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, a large refrigerator with a freezer.
The bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins.
The terraces offer a direct view of the sea and the beautiful sandy beach.
A baby cot can be provided upon prior request, but only in the apartments since there is no space for it in the studios.
Guests are responsible for cleaning and changing bed linen and towels themselves. After every three days, guests receive new clean sets of bed linen and towels.There is laundry service available at extra charge.
There is no yard within the accommodation, nor is there an elevator, and parking is on the street.
Vasileiadou Coastal Rooms is open all year round.
