If you’re looking for an accommodation in a quiet area, with good price and quality ratio, on the excellent location, close to one of the most beautiful beaches on Sithonia, Aggeliki House in Kalamitsi is the ideal choice for your vacation.

The sandy beach and other amenities are only 160m away.

Aggeliki House shares accommodation units with the accommodation Meltemi House. It is one facility, but different owners. Aggeliki House offers 14 studios. A double studio (18m2+5m2 balcony) is located on the ground floor, and it has one double bed. Triple studios (21m2 + balcony 7m2)have one double and a single bed. Two triple studios are located on the ground floor, three are on the first floor and two more are on the second. Two quadruple studios (24m2 + balcony 7m2) have one double and two connected single beds, two have one double and two bunk beds and two have one double and a single bed with a drawer bed. Two are located on the ground floor, one is on the first floor and three more are on the second.

The studios are air-conditioned, have a kitchen with two hotplates and a small fridge with freezer compartment, internet, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, wire for drying clothes and an edged showering area without a curtain in the bathroom, while a shared washing machine can be used on request and with additional cost. Bed linen and towels replacement, as well as cleaning, are performed after three days.

A courtyard with wonderful lawn is behind the house, as well as gazebo with table and chairs. In the front yard, there are two external showers. Private parking with enough parking places is on the rented land next to the accommodation.

Follow the road along the beach towards the Dimitris tavern, and just before it, take a left to the half-paved street. 150m later, you will see Aggeliki House on the left.

If you’re looking for an accommodation for a peaceful vacation, Aggeliki House can be an excellent choice.

The accommodation is good, close to the beaches, and clean; I have no complaints. Wi‑Fi is not good, connected most of the time, but without internet access.

The accommodation, along with the hospitality of the hosts, was of a high standard. The excellent coordination, service, and efficiency of the Nikana staff deserve high praise.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
