All praise for the villa and its owners. Everything looks just like in the pictures, even more beautiful. The only complaint we have concerns the interruptions in water and electricity supply. Both hot and cold water were unavailable at times, and no one knows when it will return. Electricity was cut off daily until they replaced the pole right next to the house. After that, there were no more power outages. We have no other complaints. This issue of water and electricity outages likely does not depend on the owners; I mention it more as something to be aware of and to prepare for, as it is a possibility.

The accommodation is excellent, located a short distance from the beach. The premises are very clean, with bed linens and towels changed every three days. The only drawback is the small quadruple room, which includes an additional bed that is quite uncomfortable.

The Aggeliki house is situated in a favorable location in relation to taverns and the local market. Essentially, the place is small, so you cannot be very far from anything within it. The accommodation is satisfactory, like any other of its kind in Greece. During the 12 days we stayed, they changed our linens and towels four times, and they also wiped the floors. Therefore, regarding cleanliness, we have no complaints. What may pose a problem, especially for those who need to carry out business obligations remotely, is the poor internet connection within the studio. The only place you can manage something with the internet is in the courtyard, if the situation is urgent. The seating area in the courtyard is spacious, but still insufficient for the accommodation's capacity. There is a grill, but it was prohibited due to potential fire hazards, which doesn’t make much sense since it is built of stone, and in other accommodations, they were indeed grilling during those days. In any case, we are satisfied, and nothing regarding the accommodation spoiled our holiday. PS. When our friends from the neighboring apartment left, the cleaning lady moved the beds and wiped the blinds (which I saw), so they truly take care of cleanliness.

The first impression upon arriving tired from the journey is somewhat daunting; it feels a bit cramped. However, fundamentally, everything is fine. The small, functional rooms, the spacious terrace, and the lovely backyard behind the house are perfect for relaxation and socializing, both for the children and for us adults. All in all, we had a wonderful time during our 10-day stay.

My husband and I have just returned from our stay in a double studio on the ground floor. The studio is not large, but it is equipped with everything you need, and the furniture is quite decent. Hygiene is taken very seriously; after every third night, the studio is cleaned, and the bedding and towels are replaced. The courtyard is beautifully maintained and clean. The beach is stunning, one of the most beautiful on Sithonia, and is located about 100 meters from the accommodation. Now we come to the negative aspects, which are that the internet is nearly non-existent (meaning it’s not bad, but mostly absent) and that if you truly want to rest and sleep well, that is not possible because Aggeliki and Meltemi, which share the same building, have a total of 24 studios. This means there is constant noise and commotion, without any household order. Sleeping is only possible from midnight to half-past one in the evening until seven in the morning, and that’s it (at least in the ground floor studios; I can’t speak for those upstairs). Because of this, I really don’t believe I will repeat this accommodation, even though we plan to return to Kalamitsi next year. Therefore, I advise everyone who truly seeks peace and rest to avoid all these accommodations, especially the ground floor studios.

Overall, we are satisfied with our stay; the only downside is that there is hardly any internet.

Kalamici is a small yet beautiful place, perfect for relaxation. The beach is lovely; however, it was unfortunately ruined by bad weather. The accommodation on the top floor is satisfactory, while the ground floor offers more attractive and newer rooms. The hygiene is excellent, and the hosts are very kind and pleasant. All praises.

The accommodation is excellent, everything is just as described. The location is perfect, just a minute or two to the beach. Cleaning and changing of linens is done every three days, the owners are courteous, unobtrusive, and wonderful people. We arrived early and were able to enter the apartment very quickly. The accommodation includes everything necessary for a relaxing stay, and I would particularly commend the orientation of the building, which allows all apartments' large terraces to bask in the morning sun only, providing shade during the hottest part of the day.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, just about twenty meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on Sithonia, Kalamitsi, yet tucked away from the noise, making it ideal for families with children. Mosquito nets are installed on the doors and windows, although there were no mosquitoes. The hygiene is of a high standard, with linen changed every two days. The owners are friendly and always at your service. Highly recommended.
