Description
Vasileiadou Suites and Maisonettes are studios and apartments located in Nea Flogita, 240m away from the beach.
The suites-apartments offer the following amenities: a double bed and a single bed in the bedroom, which is separated with a door, while the living room features a sofa intended for two children. It is intended for a total of five people, i.e. a family with three children. It is suitable for children up to 15 years of age.
The suite no.3 is intended for people with disabilities. There is a ramp at the entrance. The shower is quite narrow.
Maisonettes-studios are intended for families with one child. They are located on the first floor and there are stairs inside the units that lead to a part where there are a double bed and a single bed. The room on the second level is not separated by doors.
All units have: air conditioning, a safety deposit box, a smart TV, WiFi, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets.
There is one shared washing machine located on the premises, and the laundry service is free of charge.It is possible to provide a baby crib upon request.
In the kitchen of each unit, there is a large oven with two burners, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a microwave, and a large refrigerator with a freezer.
The bathroom features a shower with a glass partition.
The units on the ground floor have a veranda overlooking the courtyard, while the maisonettes have a view of the courtyard, and some of them also have a partial view of the sea in the distance.
In the courtyard, there are sun loungers, seating chairs, and a well-maintained lawn.
Cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen are done every three days and is included in the price.
Parking is available on the street.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
