Eden Park House is located in a tranquil place called Sozopoli, in Halkidiki, 600m away from a sandy beach.
This accommodation unit, by its structure, is a three-level maisonette that can accommodate up to 15 people. It consists of seven bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the first level (ground floor), there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. In one bedroom, there is a double bed, a single bed, and a baby cot, while the other bedroom has two single beds. On the second level (first floor), there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bathroom, while on the third level (second floor), there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bathroom.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has an independent cooling unit in the living room and bedrooms, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-ceramic-ring stove, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The bathrooms have a shower cabin (with and without a curtain), and the third bathroom is located outside the house.
Guests can spend warm summer days, overlooking the yard, on the enclosed veranda or balconies equipped with seating sets. Each room has access to a veranda or balcony.
In the beautifully landscaped and well-maintained yard, guests can enjoy preparing barbecue with family and friends.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. Upon request, they can receive an additional set of bed linen and towels.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
