- A damage deposit of 100€, which the owner keeps in case of compensation for possible damage, is required and should be paid in advance. It will be returned upon check-out,
after the inspection of the general condition of the house.

Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Description
The SEVEN SEAS apartment is a family-friendly and excellently equipped duplex apartment on the first floor, located 200m from the beach in Nea Flogita. It is ideal for families and can accommodate up to six people. It is rented in weekly shifts of 7 nights.
The first taverna - guradiko, is located 200m away, while the first market is 50m away.
The apartment (55m2, plus a 15m2 veranda) is air-conditioned with two air conditioners, has a fully equipped kitchen with a large stove and a refrigerator with a freezer (a toaster and a coffee maker are also available), mosquito nets, and internet. You enter the living room (where two people can sleep on a sofa bed) with a kitchen. There is a hallway leading to the bathroom and two bedrooms - one with two single beds (facing the neighboring building and both bedrooms have access to a small balcony), and the other with a double bed. To the left of the room is a bathroom with a small bathtub and a curtain. Guests also have access to a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board.
The apartment has a large comfortable terrace equipped with an awning, sofa, table, and chairs for enjoying beautiful summer days.
During their stay, guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the unit. A clean set of bed linen and towels is provided.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Private parking is not available, so guests usually park in front of or across from the apartment.
