It is located 300m from the beach. It has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a large terrace with a sea view.
The apartment is air-conditioned.
It offers guests a cot, upon request, and this service is included in the price.The hygiene of the apartment is taken care of by the guests themselves during their stay, there is a set of bed linen and towels that can be changed independently.
A parking space is not provided, parking is along the street and there are usually spaces.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
